Thrive Design Studio is a Minneapolis-based design and strategy consulting firm. It has experience working with some of the most innovative projects, developments and guiding philosophies on the planet. A strength of Thrive's is its ability to creatively envision an ideal future that is attractive, fair and sustainable. This vision is used as a model for a designated project to backcast from, helping to align strategies around their ability to move an entity directly towards its greatest potential.

It is Thrive's goal to help co-create a future of abundance and possibility. Design is a powerful tool in this mission, as it is the application of intention. Design can be cheap, toxic and socially isolating, or it can be authentic, inspiring and regenerative. The latter characteristics of design ultimately add up to a culture that can thrive.

Supporting Thrive's design and strategy projects is a vast network of innovative, interdisciplinary and international collaborators. Projects large and small receive a custom set of solutions that are catered towards innovative, affordable and lasting solutions.
